A lot of people concieve with the withdraw method, it is very unreliable. Also, although you are 35, I am sure you still ovulate, all it needs is one sperm and one egg and you can get pregnant. It might be just a matter of time before the right day comes, where you make love and you ovulate. So I would either use condoms or go on Birth control. I know several 40+ year old ladies who had babies, so it is possible!
